I’m a Los Angeles native with over 20 years of experience in branding & marketing, partnering with top-tier talent and brands to bring ideas, projects, and products to life.

I began my career as a professional hip-hop dancer, representing a “who’s who” of dance and entertainment—Choreographer Fatima Robinson, the cabaret troupe The Pussycat Dolls, and most notably, Burlesque Queen and international fashion icon Dita Von Teese.

I managed Dita for nearly 15 years, securing partnerships with brands like MAC Cosmetics, Perrier, and Cointreau; launching her eponymous lingerie and fragrance lines; and negotiating her global touring deal with Live Nation.

From there, I expanded into event design and creative production, activating for clients across music, fashion, beauty, and film—including Hulu, Apple Music, Searchlight Pictures, Christian Louboutin, Giorgio Armani, Pharrell Williams, and Maroon 5.

From 2015 to 2020, I was in-house at Pharrell Williams’ creative collective, I am OTHER, where I led strategic and experiential marketing for Mattel, Barbie, Netflix, American Express, and Adidas, as well as producing large-scale events like ComplexCon and Something in the Water.

Most recently, I served as Creative Producer for Fatima Robinson on the New York Knicks City Dancers at Madison Square Garden, and for Dita Von Teese’s Las Vegas residency, currently running at Voltaire at The Venetian.

• How do office hours work?

  Office Hours are you direct connection to industry shapers. Browse our available Advisors, schedule a 1:1 session with them, show up and ask your questions, receive thoughtful insight.

• How long are the sessions?

  30 minute and 60 minute sessions are available. You can select the session that works best for you when you schedule.

• Can I book more time?

  Yes! You can book time with the same (or different) Advisors as you need and based on their availability.

• What if I have to cancel or reschedule?

  You can reschedule your session at least 24 hours before your call. For any cancellations, or reschedules within 24 hours of the session, we do charge a 50% fee to compensate the expert for the last minute change. Please email us and we can help.

• What if our time runs over?

  If your advisor is available to extend the session, additional time can be added in 15-minute increments.

• Is 60 minutes really enough time to help me?

  When you schedule your session you will be asked a few questions and provided the opportunity to upload pertinent documents + share social links. All projects are different and THE BOARD has you covered where ever your project leads.
