Previously, I was Chief Commercial Officer at SeneGence International, a global billion-dollar cosmetics brand undergoing restructuring, where I stabilized revenue & drove over $75 million in annual savings through streamlined operations.

At Luminess, a $100 million omni-channel brand, I restructured & grew the eCommerce division by 140% in two years. At Stella & Dot, I was part of the leadership team that scaled the company from $30 million to over $300 million, & I helped launch and grow Tyra Banks’ brand, TYRA Beauty, to $15 million in revenue within three years.

I began my career as a Vice President at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., advising on M&A, debt and equity transactions across Technology & Aerospace & Defense.

Beyond my corporate work, I’m passionate about women’s leadership & mentorship. I’m a founding Board Member and Treasurer of the National Charity League, Coastside Chapter, where I lead community engagement & philanthropic initiatives. I hold an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business & a BA in History from Vassar College. I live in a sleepy surf town near San Francisco with my husband, two daughters & pups.

• How do office hours work?

  Office Hours are you direct connection to industry shapers. Browse our available Advisors, schedule a 1:1 session with them, show up and ask your questions, receive thoughtful insight.

• How long are the sessions?

  30 minute and 60 minute sessions are available. You can select the session that works best for you when you schedule.

• Can I book more time?

  Yes! You can book time with the same (or different) Advisors as you need and based on their availability.

• What if I have to cancel or reschedule?

  You can reschedule your session at least 24 hours before your call. For any cancellations, or reschedules within 24 hours of the session, we do charge a 50% fee to compensate the expert for the last minute change. Please email us and we can help.

• What if our time runs over?

  If your advisor is available to extend the session, additional time can be added in 15-minute increments.

• Is 60 minutes really enough time to help me?

  When you schedule your session you will be asked a few questions and provided the opportunity to upload pertinent documents + share social links. All projects are different and THE BOARD has you covered where ever your project leads.
