LDMA is a rapidly growing women’s lifestyle and performance intimates brand built for the modern woman on the go. Following our recent fundraise, we’re entering a high-growth phase and are seeking a fractional Chief Operating Officer / Chief Revenue Officer to help scale the brand in revenue and impact.

We’re looking for a strategic and operational leader to work alongside the founding team and oversee the infrastructure, growth, and team alignment needed to support LDMA’s next stage of scale. This is a unique opportunity to step into a dynamic, brand-led business with strong early momentum and an elite network of partners and investors.
TOP 5 SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Revenue & Growth Strategy: Track record of driving DTC and wholesale growth with a deep understanding of channel optimization and margin strategy.
Operational Leadership: Experience managing end-to-end operations—from factory and supply chain to fulfillment and customer experience—with a bias toward execution.
Wholesale Relationship Development: Strong, existing relationships with major retailers and buyers; ability to unlock and expand high-value wholesale partnerships.
Team & Consultant Oversight: Skilled at managing cross-functional teams and external partners across marketing, digital advertising, production, and logistics.
Category & Consumer Fluency: Deep knowledge of the women’s fashion, activewear, or intimates space with a sharp eye for market trends, product strategy, and timing.
