2nd house- Chief operating officer

The COO will serve as an instrumental strategic partner to the CEO, helping to scale 2nd House, a conscious convenience store concept, from ideation to launch to scale. You will oversee and streamline our operations, systems, and the retail experience.

We’re looking for a seasoned, process-driven executive who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, but also deeply aligns with holistic and human-centered values. This individual knows how to build and scale businesses strategically — but you lead with heart.
