US equestrian brand -Interim Head of Production
A mid-priced athleticwear brand catering to an elevated, equestrian-focused clientele is seeking a senior-level professional to help establish the Production function for a recently acquired business.
The current company operates without formalized processes, and this role will begin during the due diligence phase of the acquisition. The ideal candidate will join early for an initial “information download,” then partner with the CEO post-acquisition to build out the full Production plan and infrastructure from the ground up.
Start Time & Commitment:
Part-time starting mid-June, estimated at ~2 days/week. Exact timing and duration of the engagement will be shaped by the consultant’s own recommendations based on business needs.
Budget:
Monthly retainer (TBD)
Special requirements:
Business and key factory are in NYC-based, and the person would have to be there at least for a significant portion of the assignment.
