HOL+ is seeking a seasoned Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to help scale its strategic initiatives. This leader will play a pivotal role in building brand authority, driving new customer acquisition, and aligning marketing across multiple business verticals.

Role Overview

The Fractional CMO will serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, setting the vision and guiding execution across digital, social, paid media, and partnerships. This leader will not manage campaigns day-to-day, but instead design and oversee the system, defining priorities, mentoring internal teams, managing external agencies, and ensuring measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead HOL+ overall marketing strategy aligned with revenue and growth goals.

  • Position the brand for category leadership in integrative and functional medicine.

  • Translate business objectives into actionable marketing roadmaps with clear KPIs.

  • Refine brand positioning, voice, and visual identity across all verticals (clinics, products, media).

  • Ensure consistent storytelling across web, social, PR, and content platforms.

  • Build thought leadership positioning for the founder and brand.

  • Develop and optimize customer acquisition funnels (SEO, social, paid, influencer, PR).

  • Oversee campaign performance and key metrics (ROI, LTV/CAC).

  • Explore and test new channels including CTV, partnerships, affiliates, podcasts, and experiential.

  • Manage and mentor internal marketing teams and workflows.

  • Evaluate, hire, and oversee external partners (SEO, ads, PR, creative).

  • Implement marketing dashboards for real-time analytics and accountability.

  • Guide go-to-market strategies for new products, services, and programs.

  • Oversee launches across e-commerce, clinics, and media platforms.

  • Strategize local and B2B marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in marketing leadership, ideally with high-growth consumer health, wellness, or lifestyle brands.

  • Proven success scaling revenue and brand awareness through integrated marketing.

  • Deep expertise in digital marketing (SEO, paid media, lifecycle marketing, analytics).

  • Strong experience managing teams, agencies, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Exceptional communication skills; ability to translate strategy into actionable execution.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Commitment & Compensation

  • Location: In person/  Remote / Hybrid 

  • Part-time / Fractional (5-10 hours per week)

  • Range - $5-7k depending on hours
