Key Areas of Ownership

  • Lead omnichannel growth strategy across DTC, Amazon, retailer sites, and in-store retail.

  • Oversee and allocate the full marketing and advertising budget, optimizing ROI across performance, brand, and retail marketing.

  • Build the infrastructure and systems for efficient scaling, connecting creative strategy to performance outcomes.

  • Partner cross-functionally to align brand, media, and retail activation for cohesive, measurable growth.

The Budget:
250k + equity

The Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years of experience in growth marketing or brand marketing with a strong omnichannel background.

  • Proven success scaling a company from startup through $50M–$100M+ in annual revenue.

  • Demonstrated experience managing both digital and retail marketing (not solely DTC).

  • Background in baby, beauty, wellness, or personal care preferred.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in high-growth, founder-led environments.

  • Based in Los Angeles or Southern California preferred; open to remote within the U.S.

  • Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
