Key Areas of Ownership
Lead omnichannel growth strategy across DTC, Amazon, retailer sites, and in-store retail.
Oversee and allocate the full marketing and advertising budget, optimizing ROI across performance, brand, and retail marketing.
Build the infrastructure and systems for efficient scaling, connecting creative strategy to performance outcomes.
Partner cross-functionally to align brand, media, and retail activation for cohesive, measurable growth.

The Ideal Candidate
10+ years of experience in growth marketing or brand marketing with a strong omnichannel background.
Proven success scaling a company from startup through $50M–$100M+ in annual revenue.
Demonstrated experience managing both digital and retail marketing (not solely DTC).
Background in baby, beauty, wellness, or personal care preferred.
Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in high-growth, founder-led environments.
Based in Los Angeles or Southern California preferred; open to remote within the U.S.
