Main Area(s) of Support:
Strategic marketing leadership, acquisition and retention strategy, campaign oversight, and performance reporting.
Core Problems to Solve / Areas of Key Ownership:
Define and implement a scalable marketing strategy that drives list growth, member conversion, and retention.
Streamline and elevate messaging and creative across email, social, and cohort campaigns.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and programs.
Manage external agencies and internal teams for aligned execution.
Establish clear tracking and accountability for all marketing KPIs and revenue outcomes.
The Budget:
$9,000–$10,000/month
Start Date & Time Commitment:
Flexible start; estimated ongoing retainer (~30-35 hours/week depending on scope).
Other Special Requirements:
Remote role, ideally based in NYC or LA.
Experience with membership, education, or digital community-based brands strongly preferred.
Must be data-driven, creative, and deeply aligned with the mission of advancing female founders.
