About the Role
A confidential fashion/lifestyle brand is seeking a seasoned Vice President of DTC to lead and scale its direct-to-consumer business. This role is ideal for an executive who thrives at the intersection of brand, ecommerce, and digital growth, with the ability to shape strategy while building the operational foundation for scale. They prefer to start fractional first, then, if it’s a good fit, to move to full-time.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the DTC growth strategy across ecommerce, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
Lead site experience, merchandising, performance marketing, CRM, and retention efforts.
Partner closely with cross-functional leaders in brand, creative, merchandising, and retail to ensure an integrated customer journey.
Drive innovation in ecommerce operations, technology, and fulfillment.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing DTC team.
Qualifications
12–15+ years of experience in ecommerce/DTC, with proven leadership at the VP level or equivalent.
Track record of scaling DTC businesses, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer categories.
Strong expertise in digital marketing, analytics, customer retention, and lifecycle management.
Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and influence senior leadership.
Experience managing budgets, P&L, and leading high-growth teams.
Compensation
Annual base salary: $275,000 – $300,000
An additional bonus opportunity may apply.
