NY-based luxury accessories brand
Serve as the acting Head of Ecommerce, overseeing the day-to-day management of the online business, including the website, performance marketing, email / SMS, site merchandising, analytics, team management, and external agency/vendor oversight.
Strategic Leadership
• Manage and execute the e-commerce and digital marketing roadmap aligned with brand objectives and
growth goals
• Own and manage the P&L
• Identify revenue-driving opportunities through audits, data insights and competitive benchmarking
• Work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, finance, operations, merchandising, planning, etc.
E-commerce & Site Management
• Oversee site performance, UX/UI, CRO, merchandising strategy, inventory alignment and site content
planning
• Lead platform optimizations and roadmap prioritization to drive conversion and sales
Digital Marketing
• Oversee paid media strategy, ensuring budget, channel mix, targeting, segmentation and creative drive
acquisition, retention, and LTV
• In conjunction with a digital agency, explore opportunities to expand performance marketing through testing and
new channel development
Email / SMS
• Evaluate and enhance the existing email and SMS programs, identifying opportunities to improve
segmentation, automation, and cadence as well as recommend A/B testing scenarios to increase
engagement, retention, and LTV
• Align lifecycle marketing with brand, product,t and content strategies, optimizing campaigns and flows to
support business goals and cohesive storytelling
Analytics & Reporting
• Audit and refine existing dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring they capture key KPIs and business metrics
insights to support data-driven decisions and uncover growth opportunities
• Leverage analytics to generate actionable insights, identifying trends and levers to optimize the site
experience, channel efficiency, and customer behavior
Team & Vendor Oversight
• Manage, coach, and mentor internal team members
• Guide org structure, hiring, and onboarding
• Manage external agencies and vendors; assess needs and evaluate partners as needed
