Cleobella - Advisor, Growth Strategist

The Role

Cleobella is seeking an Advisor, Growth Strategist to partner closely with leadership in driving profitable, sustainable growth across the eCommerce and product/category mix. This fractional advisor will bring a sharp strategic lens to revenue generation, helping to refine go-to-market strategies, optimize digital performance, and identify opportunities across key channels.

The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative - someone who has successfully scaled a contemporary women’s fashion brand and remains deeply connected to the evolving retail and digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit current growth strategy across DTC and product/category channels, identifying near-term and long-term opportunities.

  • Develop a roadmap to drive profitable revenue growth through improved digital performance, pricing, and assortment optimization.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders (including VP of Sales for Wholesale) to ensure a cohesive cross-channel strategy.

  • Advise on marketing, retention, and merchandising levers to support eCommerce growth.

  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the executive team — engaged more heavily upfront, then in an ongoing advisory capacity.

Ideal Experience

  • Proven success scaling a contemporary women’s fashion brand with strong eCommerce growth.

  • Deep understanding of digital and omnichannel retail dynamics.

  • Strategic and operational experience across marketing, merchandising, and product lifecycle planning.

  • Strong financial and analytical acumen with a focus on profitable revenue.

  • LA-based or able to join in-office meetings periodically (preferred).

Engagement Details

  • Budget: ~$5,000/month

  • Commitment: Advisory role - higher engagement initially for audit and planning, followed by weekly touchpoints and flexible calls as needed.
