Cleobella - Advisor, Growth Strategist
The Role
Cleobella is seeking an Advisor, Growth Strategist to partner closely with leadership in driving profitable, sustainable growth across the eCommerce and product/category mix. This fractional advisor will bring a sharp strategic lens to revenue generation, helping to refine go-to-market strategies, optimize digital performance, and identify opportunities across key channels.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative - someone who has successfully scaled a contemporary women’s fashion brand and remains deeply connected to the evolving retail and digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Audit current growth strategy across DTC and product/category channels, identifying near-term and long-term opportunities.
Develop a roadmap to drive profitable revenue growth through improved digital performance, pricing, and assortment optimization.
Partner with internal stakeholders (including VP of Sales for Wholesale) to ensure a cohesive cross-channel strategy.
Advise on marketing, retention, and merchandising levers to support eCommerce growth.
Serve as a trusted thought partner to the executive team — engaged more heavily upfront, then in an ongoing advisory capacity.
Ideal Experience
Proven success scaling a contemporary women’s fashion brand with strong eCommerce growth.
Deep understanding of digital and omnichannel retail dynamics.
Strategic and operational experience across marketing, merchandising, and product lifecycle planning.
Strong financial and analytical acumen with a focus on profitable revenue.
LA-based or able to join in-office meetings periodically (preferred).
Engagement Details
Budget: ~$5,000/month
Commitment: Advisory role - higher engagement initially for audit and planning, followed by weekly touchpoints and flexible calls as needed.
