As they scale their direct-to-consumer and retail presence, they seek a strategic and experienced COO to help drive operational efficiency, financial growth, and brand expansion. This role is ideal for a passionate, dynamic leader who thrives in a fast-paced, founder-led company with strong brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize business operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
Develop and execute financial strategies, including fundraising, cash flow management, and revenue growth initiatives.
Drive marketing and sales strategies focusing on DTC engagement and brand expansion.
Strengthen and enhance brand reputation, ensuring alignment with our values and messaging.
Establish operational systems and processes that support long-term scalability.
Act as a strategic partner to the founder, translating vision into actionable execution
Qualifications & Experience
Demonstrated experience as a COO or senior operations executive in the beauty and skincare industry.
Strong financial acumen with expertise in fundraising, financial planning, and operational efficiency.
Demonstrated success in scaling businesses, increasing revenue, and expanding brand presence.
Deep understanding of direct-to-consumer (DTC) models, e-commerce, and retail strategies.
Ability to maintain and elevate brand reputation while ensuring alignment with company values.
Engagement Details
Initial engagement is equity-based, with later terms negotiable based on performance and company growth.
