A.L.C - Interim SVP of Marketing

A.L.C. is seeking a seasoned Interim SVP of Marketing to lead the brand’s marketing efforts across all channels. This leader will oversee the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives, guide the team on priorities, and own the cross-functional go-to-market strategy for upcoming seasons.

This is a highly collaborative role, ideal for someone excited to dig in with a growing team and bring structure, clarity, and creative leadership across a wide range of initiatives.

3 days a week in the Los Angeles Downtown office

Budget:
15k/month

Key Requirements:

  • Lead and manage the internal marketing team and day-to-day workflow

  • Own seasonal go-to-market strategy across functions

  • Oversee and manage marketing budgets (project-level and overall)

  • Direct retail marketing and local event planning

  • Coordinate wholesale marketing efforts, including co-op initiatives

  • Manage direct mail creative execution

  • Drive marketing calendar planning and overall cadence

  • Oversee influencer strategy and organic gifting programs

  • Support PR direction and help onboard the new agency

  • Lead planning and execution for upcoming brand events (including Shopbop & in-house event in September)
