Adina Reyter —
Chief Marketing Officer

About the Company

Adina Reyter is a Los Angeles–based fine jewelry brand rooted in craftsmanship, meaning, and everyday luxury. Inspired by Adina’s belief that jewelry marks life’s most meaningful moments, each piece is designed to be lived in, loved, and deeply personal — timeless silhouettes that celebrate where you’ve been, who you are, and everything still to come. With iconic signatures like the Groovy Collection, the brand has become synonymous with effortless elegance and modern heirlooms.

THE ROLE: Chief Marketing Officer

Adina Reyter is seeking a strategic, creative, and execution-oriented Chief Marketing Officer to lead the brand into its next chapter of growth. This leader will translate high-level business goals into actionable, measurable marketing strategies across all channels — including eCommerce, brand marketing, press, events, influencer programming, and more.

The ideal candidate is both an inspiring visionary and a highly operational leader: someone who can architect big ideas, build the systems that bring them to life, and foster a high-performance marketing organization. They thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and highly creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy aligned with company-wide business goals.

  • Lead growth of the eCommerce channel, ensuring strong performance, optimized CX, and revenue acceleration.

  • Architect and manage a best-in-class marketing department with clear KPIs, workflows, deliverables, and performance frameworks.

  • Build and implement systems, processes, and guidelines that support scalable execution across all marketing functions.

  • Oversee brand storytelling across channels — including campaigns, events, partnerships, and influencer programs — to strengthen brand equity and drive customer engagement.

  • Create, refine, and codify the brand book, core values, and long-term strategic goals.

  • Ideate and execute major brand moments; ensure the team can execute with consistency, clarity, and excellence.

  • Work cross-functionally with leadership to ensure the marketing vision supports overall company growth.

Ideal Candidate

  • A senior marketing leader with deep experience in luxury, fashion, or fine jewelry, ideally with a strong eCommerce background.

  • Comfortable operating at both the visionary and tactical level.

  • Skilled at building teams, shaping culture, and introducing structure into fast-scaling environments.

  • Energized by creativity, innovation, and high growth.

  • Experience opening or supporting retail stores is a strong plus.

  • Based in Los Angeles preferred; California-based strongly preferred.

Compensation

$200K+, with an openness to creative structuring. The founder is particularly interested in incentive-based bonus plans tied to sales and growth performance. Compensation can be crafted based on experience and the mutual goal of building a high-impact partnership.

Start Date & Commitment

  • Target start: Q1 2026

  • Full-time role, with openness to a 3–6 month interim period to ensure strong mutual fit.
